My work spans the full delivery lifecycle: leading ITIL-based operations and end-user computing environments, running PMOs with rigorous financial tracking and forecasting, managing multi-vendor teams, and delivering hybrid-cloud and ERP programs against demanding SLAs and budgets.
Most recently I led service delivery for a government account on the MAXIMO suite at IBM, drove delivery and PMO functions across multiple clients, and now consult on Amazon Connect managed services and PMO optimisation.
